I did a power test and my ftp falls right at 232.5, neither fish nor fowl for Zwift. Because Zwift rounds to the nearest 5 W and Trainingpeaks calculates prescribed power with absolute percentages (187 W vs rounded to 185 W), should I round up or down for Zwift? Does it really matter, it’s only about 1%?
