Monday Training Tip - Try something new

Now is the time to try something new. Morning meditation. Breathing exercises. Cut out refined sugar. Take an online course - yoga, stretching, core, mobility. The point is, add something different to your routine to give you a little more focus and a daily goal to work towards. Me? I’m trying to do 100 burpees a day! Tell me one thing you are doing each day that is different that is helping you physically and/or mentally!


Really appreciate the question, Brandon. I was never into meditation until last year. I try to practice at least once a day for 20 minutes. This morning’s was about envisioning my mind as a vast and deep ocean, calm and free from disturbances at the surface. They say mind work changes the brain, like workouts change the body over time.
