Hey Brandon, thanks for this post. I’ve followed the progression of the Fascat Cross Plans for the past few years and find that I “feel” like I’m loosing some of that stregnth I’ve achieved in the offseason. What you have in strength circuit makes a lot of sense to me. A couple of questions:
- How often would you do this in the May-September time frame to maintain fitness?
- Do you do it once/week during the race season (that of course assumes we have a race season which i am sure hoping so).
