I just finished sweet spot 2, ftp went from 240 to 258, thank you. Next up is 100 mile rolling gravel race in 7 weeks. I will ride the course whether the race part happens or not. Suggested next plan?

NM, hooked on phonics worked for me- gravel plan, intermediate, hilly
