I purchased the Cyclocross Summer Sweetspot Intermediate plan and currently spend 2 hours in the gym/plyo, 10 hours on the bike and up to 1 hour on a run each week.
The intermediate plan looks really good but I’d be interested to know if the Advanced was a lot more in terms of time as I’d usually put in a few more bike workouts than is currently on there. Is it possible to have a snapshot of an Advanced week?
