Injury - delaying training plan

I have a small injury and need to take a couple of weeks off the bike. Can I put my 6 week plan on hold?

Yes! You should need to change the start date of the plan! Here is how you do it.

Also - you can edit the plan yourself as described here:

The beauty of our training plans is that there is nothing to hold because like Coach Jake said, you can start over or edit the plan by moving workouts or weeks forward to when you are ready to resume training.
