Hey! So I just finished three rounds of interval training and my body seems to be struggling on this one and I can feel myself being tired and struggling to finish most hard workouts(anything over 100tss in a hour) I believe it has more to do with my new job knocking my socks off 3 days a week. I’m thinking maybe sweet spot or maybe it’s time to start off season work. My only upcoming aspirations is to ride till it’s cold which is usually mid October.
