On week 2 of my sweet spot plan and just did a sweet spot group ride session and noticed there was no intensity factor for the session.
I’m wondering what the if should be for one of these rides?

Sweet Spot is 84-97% of your FTP so if you sweet spotted the whole time your IF would be .84 - .97
Since a good group ride has warm up/cool down, descents, stops, etc… we did not include IF for these ‘workouts’ . Simply ride, rack up the TSS and manually analyze your power data for the sections you thought you were sweet spottin and look for that to be between .84 - .97
