At the end of the 10 week strength plan should you schedule the 16 week SS plan to start the next Monday or what is the best practice?
Yes! But also it depends.
There’s nothing wrong with doing so and it’s what we’d typically suggest.
That said, if you finish your 10 week strength plan very early in your off-season (like if you’re asking because you’re about to finish the 10 week strength plan now) and you’d like to do a week or two of transition work/fun riding before launching into 16 Weeks of SS, that’s fine, too.
