I want to blend the 18 weeks of SS with the home strength plan. On the days where I have SS intervals (from the SS plan) AND muscle tension intervals, should I just choose one? Is there a better choice? mix-it-up? I would think I would stick with SS. thanks!
Hi Christopher - I designed the plans to be completed one at a time: @ home weights first and then the sweet spot.
Very important to to try and overlap either with the other! Good luck with your training -
