Business travel to China forces a week without training some minimal time on terrible gym bike but really to just get some movement. Looking for advice on what to do when I get back. I was thinking to do a one week taper instead of the two so get 2 more simulation rides in prior to the event on June 8th.
You’ll only need to taper the week of the race since your taking the rest now. It would be great to get two simulation rides. The big one should be this week as you are two weeks out from June 8th. That way you’ll get the most adaptation with it being this far out. The week before make that one a bit shorter but keep the intensity!
