Hey Guys, this might have been answered here before. So please direct me if it has been. I completed my 20 field test this morning for power and used the excel sheet to calculate my training zones. I noticed that there is a large difference between the power zones recommended on that sheet versus what training peaks auto populated for my FTP, as well as what Garmin auto populated.
I have been training using Garmin’s power zones for years now and am wondering why there was such a large difference.
