I’m just making sure there are (2) workouts for Wednesdays, Worlds plus Intervals? Or, can you do one or the other? I’ll be honest; I probably will only have time to do the interval workout.
It is one or the other. The workout is for those that do not have a Wednesday worlds to do or have to do an indoor workout. Two workouts in a day would make it a challenge to race AND recovery.
