I’ve got a gap in my CX schedule for 30+ days (Nov 19, 25, Dec 3) and I’m trying to determine which program to follow. If I had to pick something to focus on, I tend to lose steam in the closing lap(s) so trying to build up some sustained anerobic fitness would be useful (recognizing that it’s only 30ish days). I’m thinking CX intervals but hoping to get some feedback! I’m an old school TP plan user with that full spectrum of Cross plans from pre-Optimize. Thanks!
