Changing Plan Level

Good afternoon,

I have been working my way through the 18w SS plan. When I started, I was looking to increase my duration on the bike. While I was able to FTfP for a few weeks, I realize that I bit off more than I can chew and now I am not able to commit the time to do the longer mid-week work outs (1.5 hr plus).

Any chance I can shift to the Basic level and regain my ability to FTfP with shorter rides during the week?

Hey @robert.rayburn - not a problem at all. We always want to ensure that you can FtFP.
I just swapped the plans out for you, so you should see an email to accept the basic level come through any minute now.

P.S. If you happen to have extra time on some days, you can add 30-45 minutes of zone 2 to your workouts to help increase your volume.
