Good afternoon,
I have been working my way through the 18w SS plan. When I started, I was looking to increase my duration on the bike. While I was able to FTfP for a few weeks, I realize that I bit off more than I can chew and now I am not able to commit the time to do the longer mid-week work outs (1.5 hr plus).
Any chance I can shift to the Basic level and regain my ability to FTfP with shorter rides during the week?
