Hey,
noticed when looking at the scheduled workout for Saturday week 11 (Endurance Zone 2 Late Efforts Sweet Spot / Vo2) that the run down says “Then complete 3 x 1 minute Full Gas efforts.”, but the workout is 1 minute at 7-17% of FTP (a whopping 14-33w for me). Should this be 97-117%, or something else entirely? I’m following these on Zwift, so I could do with amending the workout to be correct.
