Just listened to the podcast. I’ve been playing about a bit with zwift as I cant get any long outdoor rides in at the moment, and some good tips to help #ftfp rather than ride aimlessly.

Still not sure I’ll manage my 4 hour sweetspot ride indoors on Saturday but I’ll give it a go.

If you do the Uber Pretzel - the KOM is 3:40 mere mortals are more in the 4.5 hour range!
