Using the gravel plan for DK200. Supposed to do Supra Threshold intervals soon. The suggested power is 12 watts higher than my FTP. If I could do 2x20 at 12 watts higher than my FTP, wouldn’t that be my FTP…or even below it? Not quite sure how to perform these. Will likely have to do on the trainer bc rain is a comin!
Just go full gas and that is the intensity. Simple!
Good 2 x 20’s are performed at 100-105% of your FTP but the MOST important thing is to go as hard as you can by feel.
