I accidentally just purchased the intermediate SS part 4 when I meant to get the basic. I’m just not going to be able to put in the time. Any way you can swap the intermediate for basic?

Just tacking onto this existing thread.
I just signed up today to the sweet spot plan but i accidentally selected Basic when I wanted Intermediate. Is it possible to get this changed?

Saw this thread as well. I purchased the Intermediate SS 18 plan a while back and it was a little overwhelming. I’m thinking the Basic will suit me better and I can add some Z1 time when I can. Please switch me to the Basic plan. Thanks!
Hey @jmorton65 , just swapped those for you. There is something strange going on with trainingpeaks at the moment so let me know if you are not receiving the email to accept the basic plan!
