Also, just to follow up @jamesbongard - can you check your email and ensure that it was sent to email@example.com? I searched our email history and do not have any emails from you regarding purchasing the wrong plan. I want to ensure we are not missing any customer service emails on accident!
So strange, when I search for that email subject there is nothing in our system. I will look into this. Thanks for sharing the screenshot!
