Plan with 3-5 min intervals

Which of the available training plans has the most focus on the 3-5 min intervals?

The corona training plan.

Week 1 - 3 minute Vo2 max intervals
Week 2 - 4 minute Vo2 max intervals
Week 3 - 5 minute Vo2 max intervals

And you will go into each of these interval days fresh so you can hit your max power for each effort.

Our road intervals and gravel plan also have the 3 > 4 > 5 minute VO2 progression.
