Overlapping Weights with the end of CX Season

Just wondering whether overlapping the last week or two of CX season with the adaption phase of the 10 week weight training program would kill the end of the CX season or are the weight workouts light enough that it wouldn’t really be a problem?

We talked about that in the podcast - depends, but a) what’s your hurry and b) what are your goals for the end of the cx season.

Bottom line the weights won’t help cx one but and could hinder. But the first week of the Adaptation phase starts at zero pounds, still this won’t do your high end cx power any favors… Back to my questions for you a & b.
