Need some guidance to adjust my training plan

I’m in week 11 of the 18 week Sweet Spot plan and my Power Meter is kaput. I have a new one on order, but it won’t come in for about a week. Frustrating to say the least. What are my best options to adjust my plan so that I can leverage the power metrics? Should I just FtFP and go by feel? Push my training plan to the right and pick it back up? Back up a week and repeat a few rides?



You can still FtFP by heart rate and by RPE / feel.
