Iceman Training Plan

My last two weeks of training. Feeling great. Did my Monday taper workout this morning. Will be off the bike until Thursday now. I don’t know about the forecast for this weekend though. :smile:

The weather could be very interesting!

I unfortunately am dealing with a back issue which as hampered my training. Just hoping to be ok to race. Just a cautionary tail to make sure to stick with stretching, yoga and foundation workouts. We are all not 25 any more. Lol.

Well another one is in the books. Thanks Jake for getting me in great shape for the show. Would highly recommend this plan for anyone looking to give this race a go next year.

Was quite the adventure. Let’s hope for a little less mud next year. :smile: image

Well done to everyone who completed the race! Those were some tough conditions! However the last 10 miles may have been some of the nicest! The climbs of Hedgewater didn’t bad at all preriding but come race day they felt much tougher.
