Not sure best category for this.
Because I’ve been using GC, I don’t subscribe to Training Peaks but GC calculates my CTL to be much lower than TP. As of this week, TP (I did the free trial) says I am at 78 and GC says 60 using the same numbers. Which is more accurate? I think I read TP corrects out dead spots and GC doesn’t which may explain some discrepancy. Or should I just ignore these values and follow the plan based on the original power numbers and pay more attention to form and general trends?
