Did my first 100TSS ride as part of the Weight training plan I’m following. 2.5 hrs at about 80% of FTP - Garmin showed TSS at 92, Training Peaks registered it at 222. Obviously something is not set up right on my Garmin. Any ideas? Thanks
Check you FTP settings in both. They should match. Guessing the FTP in TrainingPeaks is set too low.
