Right now, and conceivably for the next six weeks, I’ll have a bit more time than usual. If I just did an intermediate plan and will probably only have time for an intermediate race-specific plan then would doing an advanced Sweet Spot 3 plan be a bad idea? Would adding some time onto an intermediate plan be ok? I know some of the workouts in my base plan advised extra time in zone two if there was time. Does the same apply here?
Advanced would be fine - its 12 - 16 hours per week which already planned out is better for you to do the ad libbing adding in extra time with the intermediate
