Extra time - upgrade to intermediate plan?

I’ve found myself with some extra weekday time on my hands and am currently doing the basic 6 week SS1 plan. I’m in week 1, so… do you think it’s worthwhile me upgrading to the intermediate plan given my weekend time will remain unchanged?
Btw am enjoying having a structured training plan to help me improve my favourite KOM time. :slight_smile:

Hi @anthony.franzmann - probably not, for what would be 30 minutes more during the work week. For the Tues-Wed-Thurs design simply add 30 minutes of zone 2 after the structured workouts and see how you go.

THEN when you move onto Sweet Spot Part 2 - that would be the time to ‘upgrade’ to the intermediate level:
