Have the 3 Week Fall Foundation plan, trying to do it on Zwift (limited time, not able to get outside) and listening to the latest podcast with Frank mentioning not much more than 1hr indoor training – question is, do I FTfP – or can/should this plan be adapted for inside/Zwift training.
Example; todays workout is Muscle Tension Interval 5 x 9 minutes at 2hrs… FTfP?
