I’ve got a question about the 3 week Foundation Plan. Besides the MTI’s, does this have some sweat spot stuff, tempo intervals? I assume you can also do two blocks consecutively before starting the resistance training.
Aside from MTI there’s; endurance, tempo, sweet spot, and group rides…harder solo rides in my case. I’m doing two blocks before Resistance Training starts. Already took a bit of a break off the bike.
If you have the time** to do another round of Fall Foundation that would be fine
** allows 10 weeks for weights
12- 18 weeks of sweet spot
6 weeks of race specific intervals
