Zone 5/VO2 Max: 2 minuters

Should I be doing each interval at full gas, ie so the average power will decrease from the first to last interval? Or should I be holding 120% for each interval?

The notes states “FULL GAS 120% of FTP”

This is part of the <15mn Strava plan.

Full gas - as hard as you can for all 4 - make your 4th interval as good as your first - iow not ‘the wrong way’
