Over the weekend in a 2hr Masters RR my avg power was 255, my NP was 242. Currently my FTP is 242. Do I need to increase my FTP in my training peaks zones?

You need to look at your 60 min normalized power, you can use that to update your FTP as Frank explains in this training tip!
