Optimize Apple Watch HRV

Two days in with Optimize and Apple Watch HRV tracking looks good. Exact same HRV on Optimize and the Athlytic app. For reference I have AFib tracking turned on the watch (I don’t have AFib, but the watch samples HRV much more frequently with it on) and do not use the Mindfulness app to get an HRV reading in the morning. Athlytic takes an average of HRV while sleeping so Optimize may be doing something similar.

yeah the Afib bumps it up to 15 min intervals between reading where normally its like every 90 min
