So I bought my training plan two months ago, I was wondering is it a good idea to do an ftp test (again) if you feel stronger so that the work outs feel more challenging

- what plan are you on ?
- what are you training for?
Per the sensations of feeling stronger (congrats )
- have you looked for evidence in your data to support that and possibly avoid testing again? As in this tip about using normalized power from riding hard:
