Is it a good idea to do a new ftp test

So I bought my training plan two months ago, I was wondering is it a good idea to do an ftp test (again) if you feel stronger so that the work outs feel more challenging

  • what plan are you on ?
  • what are you training for?

Per the sensations of feeling stronger (congrats :muscle:)
