Greetings all.
My pre race nutrition for a cyclocross race is: Oatmeal and fruit 3 hours before 1 bottle of Skratch Beet Elite 30 minutes before 1 gu 30 minutes before.
My question is… should I move my beet elite and gu to an hour before the race?
Right on @bryangeeotr - hard to say - do you feel you’re warmed up ready to rock?
Or is there a reason to question your timing? Like upset stomach? or running out of omphf late in the race?
Overall it looks like a solid well thought pre-race routine and if its working you know what the expression is?
