Bored on Saturday and tried something new - seasoned the sweet potatoes with olive oil and Ras El Hanout (Moroccan seasoning) before baking at 400F. Pretty happy with results
I made mashed sweet potatoe, egg, turkey mince and grated cheese whole meal wrap. I made 6 of them And put them in the freezer. Brilliant and easy to defrost and cook every day of the week after gym session.
Chicken fried rice! Broccoli, carrots, green peppers, white rice, chicken, eggs and some liquid aminos. On top is a suave agave spice from a local spice company out here in RI. Probably my favorite lunch!
I just finished a 3 hour endurance+tempo ride and having some leftovers from last night - chicken Marsala, polenta with mushrooms, spaghetti, and some of our usual leftover french green beans.
I just ate and this is making my mouth water!
The local spice companies are almost always a must, I sure do miss the one we had back in Louisiana. I actually still order from them from time to time!
I’m taking credit for the breakfast, but I wouldn’t be able to do any of those w/o my wife cooking an assortment of beans and pulses, for the week, pretty much every weekend
