In the past I’ve done 20’ tests without the Fascat warm up of 3’tempo, 1’ SS, 1’ threshhold, then 2X30 VO2 efforts – just do an ez warmup then go. How should I “discount” those efforts so I can compare apples to apples, I.e., if I did 290 watts without a fascat warmup, what is a good estimate had I done the pre-test anaerobic exhaustion?
