Curious how hard I need to go out/ maintain. I did 9 laps last year and have a goal of 14 this year. Sorry, no power meter, HR based.
Hiya Matt - welcome to the Member’s Only Forum. Sounds like you need to pace this mega long event properly with tempo heart rate I’d say. Definitely not sweet spot or threshold heart rates.
You could use your hr data from last year to deduce what you should do this year too.
