How to get a refund

My life situation is in a bit of transition right now and I am not able to start training on the plan I purchased. I was wondering if there is a way I can ‘return’ the plan until I am at a point where I can actually commit the needed time to training (at which time I can repurchase the plan)?

I don’t know how to do that since the plan is located in TrainingPeaks so I’m reaching out here for help.
