Z2 Rides on Weights Day

Hi all,

I have a quick question concerning the reccomended 30min z2 ride both pre and post each weights session. On a time crunched day where I can only fit in one 30min z2 ride, what session would have the most benefit, pre or post my weights workout?

Split it in that case: 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after - gotta warm up before and spin out after
