YogaGlo Best Picks

Is there a top 3 or top 5 for the YogaGlo cycling series? There are a lot of different choices and I’m curious if there are any standouts that would be best to benefit CX training.

@jeffmoney My suggestion is anything that opens the hips and shoulders would be best! We are so hunched over all the time (on the bike, in car, on the computer) really anything you can do to open up the body in the opposite direction will be helpful!
