I noticed that some of the workouts have a mismatch between the stated time on the session and actual time it takes to finish the intervals in the session. For instance, a workout might say is takes 1:15:00 to finish. However, if you add up all of the interval times, it takes 1:30:00 to finish. In these situations, should I focus more on the interval times or the workout stated time?

What plan was that so we can look over it and fix as needed?
