I am in the midst of my 18 week sweet spot training. This weekend calls for 3 hrs, free style, Saturday and 3 hrs, zone 2 Sunday and next weekend calls for similar but 4 hrs and 3 hrs respectively. MY problem is that I no longer have any desire to ride when it is 16 F outside, much less for 3 and 4 hrs. I also cannot imagine sitting on my trainer for that amount of time. What are your thoughts and/or recommendations?
