I can’t eat avocados. Following the meal plans, what can I use as a substitute? Hoping for something more than pouring oil on things
Almond butter comes to mind quickly .

Ironically - I also cannot eat avocado! Instead for every 1/4 of an avocado in the recipe you can use:
2 tbsp of nuts, seeds or nut butter
2 tbsp of hummus or olive tapenade
1 tbsp pesto
1 tbsp butter (regular or plant based)
If you can find hemp hearts those are my personal fave and go with just about anything.
I thought I was the only one! Thanks for quick response and the recommendations. Hemp hearts are a new one for me, will have to check them out.
