Wich day should i delete from my training plan

I have purchased the road racing in season training plan (and it looks nice) but i only have time to ride four times a week and not five as suggested in the plan.
Witch day is the best to take out of the training plan or do you have another good solution?

Everyday counts for training. The plan is less effective if you take out a day + it changes the design of the plan.

Since it wouldnt make sense to remove a day in the plan is it then okay to move around the workouts to fit my schedule?
