Which plan(s) for Ultradistance Racing / 24hrs (Solo)?


I am new to the platform and would like to know which plans you would recommend for very long races?

I am planning to race 24 hrs in June and maybe in August 2023.

I’m curious to hear what they suggest. I previously did the breck epic plan before a 320 mile bikepacking race, rode 42 hours straight, worked pretty well as I set the course record.

fwiw, I’ve used the longer gravel plans in the past. You’re looking to bump up and get comfortable forever in/around z2 (maybe low tempo or z1 depending on where you’re at).

What races are you looking at? Enchanted Forest?
