Which Cyclocross Plan Right Now?

Hey all - Just finishing the 32 week strength and base plan to get ready for cross in the fall, with an intermediate fun goal being Steamboat Gravel. I will be riding SBT with friends, so not racing really. Plan to take a rest after SBTGRVL this weekend, then launch on cross training and racing. Should I first do the 6 weeks til cross plan or just jump straight into cross intervals? I’m as high as I want/need to go for CTL, so it’s just a question of which is best to roll straight into cross racing (starting very soon! Hell yeah #crossiscoming). Thanks!

Yes - because this plan has the pre-season cx skills and running you do not want to skip. Theeeeennnnn move into the cyclocross intervals plan
