I’m sure this has been covered, but I didn’t see it.
I’ve completed SS 1, 2 and 3 (18 week ss) and was going to focus on Provincial and National road race championbships. Obviously all races were canceled because of CoVID-19, so I switched to the 6 week Phil’s hill climbing plan. Go for PRs instead.
Now I am at the end of Phil’s and the Fascat plans have delivered the goods. Woot.
What’s next? Sweet spot 4? Redo Phil’s?
As far as I can tell, this may be a continuing cycle for the rest of the season.
