What should I do during my Taper?

Hey everyone! I will be racing Tulsa Tough Ace challenge June 13th of this year. This is an attempt at a sub 5hr century. I started SS3 today and plan to begin Hill Intervals immediately following this plan to prepare for the 5000+ elevation during that race.

The above plan leaves 3 solid weeks until race weekend. My question is, what should I fill these weeks with to best prepare for this race?


You could do the last 3 weeks of our Fondo plan. This would include a regeneration week to follow the hill climb plan and two weeks of training leading into an event. So the week of the event you would hav the proper workload.

Can’t really just lay out 3 weeks of training for you through the forum.
