this Sweet spot plan really rocks!!!

I did a 5h mtb ride yesterday with 1h50min sweet spot

Never tought I would be able to do that

Also thanks to the podcast on eating during the ride. Every 30 min :wink:

How do you see that with the sweet spot part 3 and the marathon plan?

They would complete each other nicely. Do the weights 1st then move right into sweet spot training.
